1. The rooms do not have plugs by the bed. There is only one electrical outlet in the cabin and it is by the desk, which means we can not charge our cell phones overnight and have them by our bed to use as an alarm at the same time. Here is a photo of Ross trying to rig up a charging station by the bed (to no avail).

2. It takes a full day to have clothes laundered or pressed. Since our first "evening chic" night is tomorrow, we asked our butler to have Ross's suit pressed. He instructed us to leave the suit
on the bed with a laundry form for the room steward. We did as instructed, but the suit did not get picked up. It was still on the bed when we returned to our room around midnight. It was so late, we didn't want to mess with trying to track down the steward, so Ross decided he could just wear it wrinkled the next day.

3. We asked our butler to remove the for-a-small-fee items that were filling up our mini-fridge. We always make this request so we can use the little fridge solely for water. It hasn't been a problem before, but he said that since we had a beverage package, we could just use water and soda (but not the liquor) and he wouldn't charge us. Ross pressed a bit more, but could not get him to remove anything.
3. We received a notice that our "Chef's Market" excursion had changed from Tuesday to Wednesday. This was especially inconvenient because we already had another reservation for Wednesday. We ended up changing our previous Wednesday reservation so we could do the Chef's Market excursion.
We also got a notice that the excursion itself was not going to be quite what we had signed up for.

4. The cabin could have a whole lot better organization. There are only 2 hooks in the entire cabin. They are both inside the bathroom door and one of them is broken. Usually there are at least a couple of hooks by the door for jackets, hats, lanyards, etc., but not in this room. Cabin space is so tight, I don't know why they aren't using the wall space to add hooks or a couple of narrow shelves.
The towels are all on a towel bar _inside_ the shower. This includes the hand towels for drying your hands. I don't know why there isn't at least a hook or ring next to the sink so we don't have to reach inside the shower every time we wash our hands.
There is no drying line. To dry our swim suits, we used the inside-the-shower towel bar and had to move the towels that were on them out of the shower and onto a counter.
The walls are not magnetic. I always being a couple of magnets so I can post the daily schedule, excursion tickets and other papers on the wall....
I know. I know. Minor inconveniences. But there you have it.
